All I can tell You after extensive Research this morning is to look at these 10 reasons for a successful Audit:

I believe in the Management of Snakes and Lattes.

I do not believe in the management of RBSM = AMFE accounting firm.

I know they are being helped right now...that is something that they despise Amfil Technologies, Inc management for ...but it had to be done.

RBSM does not have a very good Track Record.

Performance report in 2011 and IMO they still lack proper leadership:
