FYI, the footnotes are the most involving aspect of a 10K, not the numbers... and AMFE is a very deep company with acquisitions, 8 figure revs, they collect $ in one country and report in another, multiple subs, rapid growth, etc.

... and theres historical data which needs to be detailed/verified, dating back to 1985

This stuff takes time, esp when the auditors have other companies to work on as well. They dont get paid more for applying additional hours. Its a set/upfront fee, so they likely limit a clients time/meetings each week.

Hang in there man, we are all in the same boat. We are waiting on quarterly and hoping for this damn audit just like you are. I share your frustration.

It's the frustration we all share, our time is coming. A company doesn't pay what AMFE did, update their financials in a way that is much more conducive to the way a fully audited company reports their financials and file the necessary paperwork in anticipation of said audit. Hang in there, this will all pay off in the long run. Patience is key down here, most of us here have been down 10s of thousands of dollars one way or the other on different plays. The worst thing anyone could do right now is sell. The time it took the stock to get to this point will pale in comparison to how fast it'll rise on the right news.

Isn't there a quiet period for some time before an audit released ? I thought there were some posts about that.

My thought is the audit/uplist close to or in conjunction with the FY18 numbers. Less than a month away and I think the numbers are gonna be great IMO.
