Pega!, you are correct, the CEO does need to provide shareholders answers to a lot of questions. Flyer is correct, NDSU owns the patents and all the rights to CHS. Coretec cannot sign a CHS agreement with any new manufacturer until they have the legal right to do so with NDSU.
