I agree wholeheartedly. This, from day one had all the makings of a sale. Build a product. Get FDA clearance. Increase value. Sell company.
They (he) never even considered manufacturing their own products to control the all important 'cost of goods sold. No, AW acquired somehow, the patents of this product (as I recall), decided to take it public for financing the route to the all important 'FDA clearance'. I honestly don't think he had any intention from day 1 to create anything long term that would take many years and dollars to create value. No, he saw something he had that could very well be an effective and salable product for pain, garnering investors' attention due to the serious potential they posses and if he could get the FDA to clear, he thought he had a winner. I don't think even he knew all that these products could be of benefit for. Does he now? Maybe he does, but his first goal IMO was to get the FDA OK, then entertain potential buyers and get the best selling price he can. Who wouldn't want to take the easy route and just sell upon demand. At his age, unless he wants to leave a legacy or hand over to kin folk, why would that not be his first and foremost incentive in all this. That all makes too much sense. Well, we are now waiting on that FDA OK as of now, so I for one want to see how this all plays out and we will THEN know if that (selling) is the case.
YES, let's wait and see if he/we get that 'ridiculous' price he previously stated, that would make him sell!
