Correct those notes could have converted and then sold into the market whenever...but obviously we've had days where those shares are still coming in... We just had a 10milly dump the other day below bid...no question those trades are related to the notes whether it be conversions right then or shares being sold from previous conversions either way....we are still getting hammered with them.

Yeah people need to understand the difference in note converting to shares and already converted shares being sold to the market.

The company's IR has reiterated that the company has one more conversion to shares occurring mid September and has no further plans to engage in convertible debt. it is not rocket science folks!! We have a O/S of ~ 585 Million as of August 08, 2018. That is the total shares excluding the the pending conversion in Mid September that can hit the market and looking back at the previous weeks of trading with high volume, a significant majority of those have sold.

Nothing to worry about here the bigger the volume we get, the quicker the dilution ends.
