There have been no NEW conversions since August 6th. Those converted can be sold into the market at any time. Volume was over 100mil daily when the conversions were happening. Key to conversions is volume not price. When volume goes over 100mil then typically conversions are taking place here. If people take the time to their own DD they can easily see contracts on government and state sites that havent been announced yet.
