It's a shell company!

2nd qtr earnings not great. though revenues were ok, they lost $0.09/share versus a gain of $0.01.share in the 1st quarter. They are blaming loses on Loan expenses so the plan is to issue more shares to accumulate cash which will burden current shareholders.
