Yeah, I'd call it solid for sales materials, looks like they can make any sort of branded business supplies or sales tools (trinkets, garments, etc) you'd want. Their digital services add on is very new in comparison to the other business, so it appears too early to call. I looked up the iPhone application, and it doesn't have enough reviews to even put up a summary, looks like it just launched this year. Tomorrow I'll have to look for confirmation of 360k users in 48 countries of those tools from somewhere other than an nFusz missive. I'd expect to see that number somewhere on their website, and I don't believe it is.

It looks like Rory is very determined to capture the MLM market with this acquisition. Of course the revs help them qualify for uplisting, and it is a relatively low price - so the MLM angle isn't the only consideration.

I understand - this was the first market he targeted and I think he still holds to the hope of getting entire companies to sign up - which could quickly bring huge revenues - far more than the $15m a year from Sound Concepts.

But will what they bring to the table really help them capture more subscribers or an entire company? That's the question. My take is - maybe eventually especially if the Facebook NotifLive is successful. And I do like that. My DD is not encouraging at all with regard to the success so far. In fact at least one of the influencers told me that clicks were up but they resulted in NO conversions, and they stopped using it entirely, but that there is potential value in using it to 'tell stories'...which reminds me now of what Rory was saying about NotifiLive streaming - it may not help anyone sign up customers nearly as much as it is just a cool communicative tool to use with downlines.

Anyway the jury is out on how much it will help but there is hope that over time it pays off.
