The valuation won't be strictly based on revenues. Maybe they have a large amount of debt or losses? In any case the safe route is to assume that valuation of Sound Concepts is $25 million.

It's revenue vs profit. If you examine their business, they sell supplies and services to businesses, including branded items like business cards, t-shirts, decals, sales tools, etc., so there's a cost involved and it isn't all profit/earnings. They also offer services such as videos and things, and are beginning to offer some digital services.
$6.7M in revenue to pay 50-60 people and costs of materials is OK, probably a decent living for everyone involved, but I wouldn't expect a huge profit.
