No. Because even if they settle it for $1 or $1.50 (a sginificant premium) it would still hold us back the moment the share price comes close to that price. Which seems like a good deal for us now, but you'll regret it later on.
They will repay Garrett in cash. Which is interesting. Apparently they think the money will come from somewhere. Otherwise it would be much easier to settle it in shares.
