Shake bottle once and they all separate. No leaky capsule likely. Capsules are tacky in general especially at room temperature. Based on 4 years of V prescription.
If caps were sticking together but not smelly my guess is the bottle briefly got overheated, and the gel coating got sticky, but no contents leaked. I keep a small bottle of ibuprofen gel caps in my car console, and during the summer they tend to clump together as well - easily separated by shaking the bottle, and contents definitely do not leak.
