The failed LOI with Crypto Currency Terminal; the 2 prior proxy annual meetings which never took place (a third meeting with no date specified just posted within the hour), the piss poor website created but never announced. How about a reference to toxic investors made 6 months into their current iteration. I was not happy to see the dumping shares into news when the LOI was announced. I for one am well invested and hope for a company that launches, but even the notice within the last hour is lacking a date for the meeting, I do not feel that they have been forthcoming and professional to date. Nor am I happy wit how they have treated we investors. In my opinion, I would prefer a different tact to their transparency to date. Nevertheless, I do put hope in the million invested in the mining equipment. I shall feel relief when they start showing a profit.
