Remember:Jamie bought "The whole bank" for free,so he has to get the whole bank.And secondly"scrivener's error" still on the FDIC website after all these years?????Are they serious??Of course theu don't mind about us,they can actually do whatever they want even hold this case up for 20 more years.

I would be interested if someone in USA can talk to Susman Godfrey and they can clarify what we can or cant not do after we signed releases that probably includes FDIC...

They understand the situation better than anyone else...and can tell us what we can or can not do to avoid wasting shareholders money...

If they say we can... then I AM ALL FOR IT.
