I'm not fully sure what Rich's plans are and timeline to follow thru with transfer. Seems to me it would be a matter of just signing some documents. But I'm no business guy. Q2 is due this week. Not sure why delay in any news. We'll see soon enough. My sources for DD are only as good as their sources. Sometime it comes down to trust and playing the odds.
