I will be keeping an eye on that to see if they file anything else. Now that they have, it makes it much more likely that more info is coming imo.

I think the AS is 200M.

Not sure on float, but between 118 and 159 at most from what I remember.

This will run like f'in crazy at some point imo. Just gotta be patient in meantime.

I was just looking at that document again.

Difficult to understand but I think the r/a didn't change, just the address but I'm not sure on that.

At the top the date is 9/16/2016. Weird.

But filed just a couple weeks ago.

The 'comment' tab on the filing says

Entity name and any active trade names changed due to Failure to file periodic report


So I have no idea lol. Maybe there will be more filings soon and/or a corporate update. Would be sweet if so.
