If we are confident that ALL the notes have been converted AND sold into the open market then we also should be confident that the Float AND the OS are equal unless I’m missing something here as Preferred shares aren’t accounted for in the OS only is the AS And the OS holds a number of ALL shares that have been converted (but not sold or sold) and Float is fully sold into the common market.
