#532578 RE: iPrelude #532560

iPrelude, I don't know but I am just guessing that if someone is either a major owner (5%?) or an insider (no matter how much he/she owns) then that person has to report.

And so former WAMU execs still have to report because either he/she is a major owner or he/she is an insider. The important part is that those WAMU former execs own WMIH stock today. Either they signed release and have their former WAMU stock converted to WMIH or they just bought recently. But it looks like it is the former because on the SEC report, the acquisition date is like 2005, which means that they signed release rather than sell out in 2012. The most famous person is Bonderman who still owns 10M WMIH shares.

Some like Glossman Diane Beth, a former WAMU exec, seems to be trading the stock. She seems to own 5M shares but trade 7M shares???
