I don’t know if what you call a commercial app case is the same as what the ROA classifies the Cedar v. MYDX case, “contract.” Yazbeck has made no mention about the Cedar or Arrow cases in the fins.

Mediation was specifically mentioned in the 10-K about the Dewald/Sanzeri case.
