It may take years of denial before people will accept that their money they invested in SPCL is gone and they should have listened. The fact that Solaris Power Cells did not answer the SEC request and have not made a public announcement that they even care about shareholders at all says to me that there are not going to be any last minute surprises here.

Well it looks like revocation is on the books for SPCL once the SEC gets the administrative law judge thing straightened out.
Klownman cant even update the OTC with the current share structure let alone pony up the proper required SEC documentation.

This ticker has been a joke from the getgo!
