Easily observed when thinking about the mental capacity of ABCE traders selling their shares with those of others at the increasing Ask price, instead of holding their shares to make larger prices in their investments.
Company contractors will sell as soon as they can and with whatever price they can get. It's all part of the contract if they ever show it to investors!

ABCE traders would likely be guessing that the same group that claims ABCE will be releasing "new news" again would be buying more shares at the higher price just to see the trades increase instead of changing the Bid price lower to increase the volume.
