No shit, there will not be a change in size because the shares were bought/sold at a different price than what the Ask is. There are orders that are too small for display as they do not meet the minimum requirement of 10,000 shares for display. That lack of visibility is due to their insignificance of dollar volume. A purchase of 1000 shares at .0159 is equal to less than $16 of volume. There is no need for such minute visibility for orders such as that. Thus NO DISPLAY required.

It is not a "decoy", yet another made up term and it certainly does not "undercut" yet another made up term. There was an order of 2200 shares sitting at a price of .0159 in between the visible spread. Someone placed an order between the spread and a trade was executed. The OTC is full of unaware and unsophisticated "investors". Some actually buy based on dollar amounts, while other buy on share quantities, that is the nature of this bullshit market. The assumption that all buyers of this stock are sophisticated and fully aware buyers of shares is a complete myth.
