Maybe Finra realized that the report for NTEK was being used to promote that stock in a way that keeps the Sheeple buying a nd holding. Finra itself had enough on someone using their report I mislead others on a daily basis.
Meow feels anyone who does that should get their license revoked from a small state. Definitely a breach in the code of conduct.
