Unlike this caveat emptor penny scam that even the paid OTC site now refuses to legitimize, Clear Trust must remain above the fray, or otherwise face potentially losing the hundreds of real companies they otherwise represent.

Clear Trust has closed down NTEK completely. They won't authorize a Rule 144 certificate (hence Lisa Foley's BK filing), they won't validate the current float and they can't authorize any increase to the OS or AS - they're done.

Oh and ask them if they've been contacted by the SEC as well.
