That's all well and good, but considering all that, the company shouldn't have said in January >> "...a big week at the CES...contracts will be announced in the coming weeks after the legal team review."
I was paraphrasing there but that's pretty much what they said. So why did they say that? Hindsight tells why they said it >> to sell shares. This ticker is not special...the same as every other pink sheet.
It should be realized that if Starkweather would have been honest and said >> "We're hoping to get contracts but it could take months and we might not be announcing anything definitive until later this year" -- heh, would the SP have run to $.03? Highly doubtful. The company knew exactly what it was doing, and it worked.
