Successful companies with a good business plans do not continue to drop in pps when each "milestone" is achieved. The market, on a real company would see each milestone as positive and the pps would rise.
Basically, anytime hanks opens his mouth, the pps drops further, this is very verifiable.
The thought and dream of a new refinery is one thing and being built by a reputable company is doable and needed. mmex is obviously not the right company.
How much longer do you hold a stock like this, before you think enough is enough, something should have happened by now!
