Is there an all-volunteer MMEX construction corps now? Who is “we?” Is Mad J. handing out gold spray-painted shovels, and letting his acolytes wear MMEX logo chotskey hard-hats now?

Or is the MMEX “we” construction force paid, using worthless warrants on nearly worthless MMEX shares?

What does “the love of god” have to do with a refinery? Seems unrelated…

The imaginary “Groundwork” must be totally unrelated to a refinery, as a real refinery would require significant site prep, which takes months, mobilization of various sub-contractors, machinery, materials, and many millions of dollars - oddly, there are no filings about MMEX having millions of dollars (except cumulative losses and toxic debt), or entering into any material agreements for that kind of work - so the extraordinary claim, “Groundwork is almost complete!” must be totally false.

The claim “we are building a refinery” is pretty ludicrous - who again is “we?” How is “we” paying for all this?

I’m unfamiliar with the branch of mathematics and statistics where things are "1000000000% guaranteed” - that must be unique to the MMEX domain, where most things are imaginary. MMEX isn’t building a refinery, and there is certainly no guarantee, after having failed for more than a year, and to meet three proposed closing deadlines, among many other missed milestones (i.e. all 2018 milestones published in MMEX’s S-1A were missed. Every single one).

For the love of god we are building an oil refinery this takes time. Groundwork is almost complete! From here we will be able to finish phase 1 a/b and move on to phase 2 next year!
