Sorry to hear about your unfortunate situation. These issues are very complicated, and even the judges differ on their rulings.

I don’t know whether there has been lawsuits filed with using the April 2018 10th Circuit Court Pembroke ruling... but I’d be very interested to see what happens if there is a ruling refuting or corroborating it.

This will happen when JPM took over the WAMU loans and either don't own them in the first place or own them but has no chain of paperwork.

For those wishing COOP to service WAMU loans, this is only glamorous but it can bring a lot of trouble. A loan is a loan and has no color and so COOP should only get good loans unless it can pay dirt cheap for bad loans and then take the chance.
