I spoke to the ABCE CEO this morning :

-PR’s have been sent to all major newswires and will post today. They have to review hence the delay.

-I asked about an end of notes PR/8-k, merger/acquisition/expansion news, publicly stating no reverse split, and the need to address/PR more then just revenue in order to get past .01 for QB up listing.

He obviously could not give me any specific information as that would be insider info but he said answers to all those questions/comments are coming up soon.

Load while you can fellas, it’s all going to hit soon and when it does pennies will be here in the blink of an eye with this low float and O/S. Don’t get discouraged, it will be WELL worth the wait these past few months!
