Great friend Truth. Obviously we are speculating but is the pilot program already underway? This quote caught my attention:

"At present, 3ha has been piloted in Thanh My village, Dien Quang commune.”

Dien Quang Commune started to restore silkworm rearing.

Supported by the Silkworm Silk Center, the Dien Quang Farmer 's Association and Cooperatives mobilized 12 farmers to plant 3.5ha of mulberry in Thanh My village.

Up to now, mulberry grows green, expected to September, October this year, people will start raising silkworms to produce cocoons. From now to the end of the year from 1 to 2 litters, cocoon products will be covered whole with a floor price of 145,000 VND / kg.

Successful organization of the mulberry and silkworm rearing models along the value chain not only brings income to farmers, but also means protecting the land, diversifying crops, creating landscapes. This is an indispensable step in sustainable agricultural production, contributing to the restructure of agricultural production in the locality. Farmers Association Dien Quang is continuing to replicate in the next years, restore the traditional silkworm mulberry farming in Dien Quang commune from ancient times.
