This is a very interesting piece of information.
DOCSIS: It is noted as Arris’ technology throughout the PR.
I’m no expert on this stock, however when you read between the lines here and when the total ramifications are considered if Chanbond were to settle...I would say in my opinion that it’s in the best interest of Arris to buy out the technology.

Thanks for this article, it tells me that the DOCSIS 3.0/3.1 tech that Chanbond has patented is certainly worth the legal battle over it.

A one time transaction IMO against Arris would decimate the company.
