Hal, why don't you try it as you said anyone can print a DC? Not one person could print this Canadian certificate. Not with the correct Canadian Medical Examiner's signature who responded to the scene on the certificate. Or be able to guess who wrote the medical report. There are many on call, they cross districts and you'd have to guess. You could never do it and present it to a federal judge. It is a Stamped CERTIFIED extract. Getting a blank Canadian death certificate, filling it out correctly, write the medical report, get the stamp....good luck with that, let us know how easy it is for anyone... lol
