HDG weighed in on this with thoughts that they should be able to handle overhead for new recruits out of free cash flow. Definitely sounds right to me assuming sales begin to ramp up. If R-It succeeds, sales should begin to ramp up, don't you agree?

If they do in fact hire 400-500 more reps obviously this would be a good thing(RI SUCCESS) However would they possibly need to raise more money to pay these reps? i.e more dilution?




I'd have to see the numbers. Monthly or weekly pay? What is the hold back?CA is VERY strict. Are they local employees or Home office? What is the benefit package? How soon does it start? They have cash on hand, where will it be committed? What are the terms for adding inventory? Startup/pass through costs on increased production? Should be on CC almost immediately.


(Update/edit) If HDG did this already, that's my answer too....
