Rory and insiders are not amenable to a buyout at this stage of development. That given imagine this: Sirius or whoever you like will buy up to 40 million shares (200m authorized) for an above market price (only way they can get a foot in the door) say at $2/share. This immediately raises the share price to >$2 and gives FUSZ credibility and $$$ to meet listing requirements and fund all these hires for expansion.

What's not to like??
