Technically, they're current now. However, I'm not sure it satisfies the SEC reporting requirements. I think they have to go back and file formal 10-Q and 10-K's to become current with them. This only makes the OTC happy and gives them current information. Hopefully, they have a CPA working on that since they said they eventually want to be listed on NASDAQ...
Omni Health is working diligently to finish the audit of their financial statements, becoming fully reporting entity. Once completed this will help to clear a path for an uplist to Nasdaq.
Perhaps these financials were preliminary reports from the CPA. JMO
