Arcaro and Bauman have really opened up a can of worms regarding their business activities. The SEC has slapped a suspension on AXMP because of the adequacy and accuracy of two financial documents as specified in paragraph two of the suspension order. Both of the financial documents specified in that order were signed off by Arcaro and neither of the documents mentioned Palewater of Milost.
