Please elaborate on trouble/expense to register. What are your assumptions? Also, please provide an example transaction for say 5000 restricted shares of PAVC.

I have no 'assumptions' regarding the trouble/expense to get your certs registered properly and sold. They are facts. The issue was discussed in depth here on this board if you wish to go back and dig up the info, or simply do some DD on this issue in general, as it relates to restricted certs held by the individual.........

Bottom line is to sell your restricted shares, you are going to have to jump thru many hoops, and yep, pay some fee's....if you wish to see the specific details, then please go back and read the discussion on the board or simply do some DD and you'll have specific answers.....once again, I simply do not have the time or energy to go back and dig up specifics for you...but they are there for you if you wish to know.......good luck....
