The question isn't "Why WOULD he lie?", the question is "Why DID he lie?". He lied. Plain & simple.

One reason he "would" lie? To create false hype for the company in an attempt to increase the PPS? Seems to be the logical explanation to me. Mission accomplished. Now, here we are, the suckers, who fell for it, losing our a***s.

Reality is AMFE and CEO Roger Lies to sell shares. It has backfired when AMFE is unable to deliver.

I know you’ve seen plenty of otc CEOs pump something like dividend and uplisting to sell shares.. that was all it was good for and that was last year... on to the next pump.. no audit till late next year imo.. or as roger put it.. “no telling when” lol... roger jumped the gun on the old CFO who is a horrible book keeper... roger had too much faith and now his face is full of crusty egg
