"Is Target allowed to sell fake Nike's?"
is it against the law to shoot people?..ask those 72 people in Chicago that got shot over this past weekend...they'll probably tell you they sure thought it was but they aren't so sure anymore..
no target cant sell fake nikes..but they sure could be..how would YOU know?..
if target gets caught selling fake nikes, they will pay a $20 mil fine and keep the $480 mil profit..
that's just how things work..target will of course blame someone and fire them..no one too important of course..but likely someone who was ready to go anyway and he'll just open his golden parachute and float away to the Bahamas..

look at the worst financial crises we ever had just a few years ago..all the greed, fraud, corruption that caused it...the hundreds of billions of taxpayer money that was used to bail out the entire financial industry and many huge corporations...
hundreds of very high level individuals were guilty of violating dozens of laws by their actions...
how many went to jail?..
none
target cant sell fake nikes?..id be amazed if they weren't making hundreds of millions of dollars doing exactly that right now..
