Here is my basis.

I am concerned a great deal of additional capital is required to execute the stated plans based on the lack of current cash, revenue and debt liabilities on MYDX books.

I am also concerned with the lack of flexibility the current ratio of authorized/issued CS shares allow for further partnerships to have a large enough stake in the game.

Those 2 reasons are why I feel a R/S is imminent prior to the pen release.

Can any PR released by Yaz be trusted?

Over the last four years he has been all sizzle and no steak:
AquaDx, AeroDx, OrganaDx - all Hype nothing produced.

Just because Yaz enters a line item for tooling costs, it means nothing in reality.

Just more ink in the water to distract and confuse.
