I'm of the belief that the FDA needs to recognize that any improvement, regardless of how small, should be approved to see if in combinations not tried during trials it may do substantially better.

In that case, the FDA would approve 50% of trials using grapefruit juice as the treatment.

Why not just ignore even running trials and approve anything that message boards and social media think work?
