It's not mom and pop. If it were, the MM would not prop up the price and hold it steady 1.32-1.33. It's conversion of B preferreds. Millions traded in a 2 cent narrow range. Mom and Pop selling millions would have instantly tanked this to under $1. MM is holding up the price similar to how they do when a penny stock dilutes and the toxic lenders sell shares in the ask price. Same thing when conversions happen in blue chip tickers. MM hold up price for big money but never for common folks
