And yes they both kinda do the same thing , sorta like the 100's of cell phone companies world wide but they are not all of the same company :)

Had to back into it, but it is linked from WAR.systems page. It says it's an Index for crypto's (like the DJIA) and some sort of index fund for people to invest and trade in. Be interesting to watch.
