I have no idea about the trading, but the "wall" is not to discourage anyone from investing.

One can safely assume that the 100M is/was a current or former insider taking whatever they can get for their shares prior to the R/S.

There is absolutely no reason to buy XDSL shares prior to the R/S... afterward, probably!

One valid use for the Daily Short Reports is that they are highly effective for tracking new shares coming to market!

All new shares coming to market (dilution) will show up as short...
