There are no'accidents' here... The WMIH/COOP Management was very 'Complicit' in the R/S Announcemeent...We are dealing with KKR who are very cunning & 'sophisticated' operators here...Pretty much Jay Bray is their Man and they put out the P/R with a Big Hint at the R/S for a Very Deliberate reason and that is to drive down the PPS so that they get a much lower Conversion price and consequently can grab a bigger %age ownership of the Merged Compnay.
