AIG wants to pay me a large chunk of cash and leave me 10% if LIBE. They want to borrow half a million from a toxic lender and immediately reverse the stock. In 6 months the dilution would begin and everyone would be completely screwed

I could have a pile of money and walk away if I didn’t care. Is that a “scam”? No instead I’m here working multiple options that DOESN’T screw us all but bring value.... I’m taking the hard road to bring us all success. Trust me, life would be easier if I didn’t care so much.
