Darryl is used as public face, because he would be most welll known business man (Hence PR, but has enough other shit going on he doesn’t want to be ANDI CEO) Mike gets nice title of CEO and Corbin gets his name on the Q for shares (which are likely devided in some fashion).
My guess is they provided enough capital for initial manufacturing so 200 million shares likely not enough. My guess is they get royalties as well!
That’s my abbreviated summary. Or maybe Darryl Green is hurting for money so bad he is risking his reputation and freedom for some dough (Yeah that makes more sense)!
