Well one would think answers should be coming this week.

Their cultivation license, unless I am not searching correctly, is set to expire on Sept 16th.

As that is a Sunday, that means they have less than 2 weeks as I doubt the regulators issue licenses on the weekend or holidays like Labor Day.

If they get another 3 month temp extension then it sure seems like the quiet and uncertainty will persist through the end of the year.
