hmmm are we sure about that, all previous disputed ended up whit WMIH shares didn't they? Wonder if WMIH/COOP won't be able to do anything as far as any R/S until that is final?

I'll have to disagree. 1.5 million shares is a fairly significant number that greatly affects the share float/pps.
