I never said company was in any position to buy back shares in the past or currently- we'll see what happens down the road- it's a simple exercise- R/S, followed by a vote to reduce authorized shares, coupled with a buy-back or not. Been done successfully before, will be done again. Whether ANDI/UTOP does it eventually is of course yet to be seen- main point is that the "news" of ANDI's demise is, IMO, a bit premature.

There are no assets, $5Xk in cash, and no business at all.
