He is a great guy with big ideas. Although I disagree with him on battery verses hydrogen fuel cells call. I believe the batteries will serve their purpose, but hydrogen will be the ultimate winner. Fueling stations are already installed through out areas of Los Angeles. Hydrogen cars are on sale this year. Hydrogen is an unlimited source of fuel. millions of batteries filling the land fills don't make sense.
